The Residents Welfare Association registered in 2009 from The Registrar Joint Stock Companies Sindh, some of the aims while joining hands as Association are:
To Work for collective welfare and interest of its members.
To help/assist its members/general public whenever required in the interest of their well-beings.
To promote brotherhood and friendship among the members/residents of the Association/society.
To provide common platform for redressal of grievances and resolution of problems/difficulties of its members for their uplift and welfare activities.
To take all assistance to protect all common lawful rights and interest of its members in their daily affairs.
To ensure that the conduct of its members remain professional and ethical.
To maintain the security of the residents living in the society.
To maintain the better sanitation system, cleaning and beautification of the environmental of the society area including parks, roads etc. through coordination with the Authorities.
To notice day to day problems and prepare their Solutions.
To implement measures and introduce means to stop encroachment of the society land and to take up collected stand of the residents regarding ant such activity through coordination with the Authorities.
The Finances and Management of Association were decided upon below mentioned points:
The Association will run on charitable basis for the welfare of members.
Any common interest and lawful matters will be solved through coordination amongst the various charitable forums.
The Association shall be run on non-political, non-commercial and non-religious basis and provide financial assistance to the needy persons.
The office bearers should not be paid employees of the Association.
The Managing Committee will have to ensure receiving, acceptance and managing funds, donations, grants endowments and any other move-able property or properties from lawful sources.
